Ermanno Scervino offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Access the 'Returns' section of our website and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-printed return label provided in your initial delivery.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our authorized courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience, or drop off the package at a designated service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the integrity of the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
